ROLE: MOTION GRAPHICS, IMAGE EDITING

ABOUT THE PROJECTS

For nearly ten years, I worked (on a freelance basis) as part of a team developing animated, interactive, educational videos for Sports Knowledge Underground, a large, password-access website designed to educate and test those who sell Nike products on the features which distinguish each new product from other Nike products in the same category. Other members of the team wrote the scripts and photographed the products, while I edited the product photographs and the dialogue recorded by voice talent and executed animations using these elements along with illustrated diagrams and shoe components. I was also responsible for creating backgrounds for my animations, selecting musical accompaniment for certain projects, and thinking up design concepts (including the occasional visual humor) to keep the videos I worked on compelling. Here are a selection of my best (unfortunately, they were originally created for Nike at a small resolution, and so look a little rough around the edges scaled up):
